Kemoko Camara

FOUNDER — HUMANA STUDIO

Strategist of the spoken word, of organization, and of human intelligence.

His journey is not linear. It is lived. Embodied. Built by experience — the stage, the street, the projects, the encounters, and the countries crossed.

It all begins in a neighborhood that carries every contradiction of Guinea. Hafia. A place where, on the same street, you might cross paths with a future convict of the 1995 gang trial, a footballer promised to Africa, a gifted musician, a brilliant student… and a child searching for his way. A neighborhood that knew glory in the 1970s with its football club — three times African champion. And that also knew the harshness of the street. It is in that raw mix — danger, ambition, creativity, survival — that Kemoko was born. And where everything began.

He finds his first weapon early: the spoken word. Rap, slam, street stages. Within the Point Rouge movement, under the leadership of Aly le Barbu, his raw talent comes to light. Aly becomes his mentor — the one who sees in him what he could not yet see himself.

In 2004, everything shifts. At an event where he holds the mic, the CEO of Benedi Records spots him — one of the largest agencies producing artists, shows and stages, and manager of the Conakry International Fair (FIC). It opens the doors of event communication to him. With his team, Kemoko takes part in one of the first shows to fill the 28 September Stadium — over 10,000 people: the international women's dance battle Guinea-Mali-Senegal, in 2005. It is Mr Mohamed Ibn Abdallah Oulare who reveals him to the wider public.

In 2006, a man walks into his classroom to talk about theater. His voice. His presence. His way of telling a story. Kemoko approaches him. The man welcomes him with a warmth and a simplicity that leave a mark. He is Moussa Doumbouya — known as Petit Tonton — co-founder, with Habibatou Bah, of the House of Heritage and the Spoken Word, Koumakan, and organizer of the Grande Nuit du Conte. Later, he will enroll alongside them in the dramaturgy writing workshop and joins Les Sardines under their kindness and that of the troupe's director, Mr Yalany, at the CCFG. There, he learns the stage, the rhythm, the silence. The precision of the right word.

That same year, the visibility gained at Benedi opens a new door. Orange Guinea is about to launch its operations in the country. The operator hires EXP Momentum — a firm specialized in mass marketing and field communication. EXP Momentum selects him, trains him. He becomes one of the four lead animators of this historic launch. The campaign is a success. So much so that a direct competitor, Areeba — which would become MTN — in turn recruits the same team to repeat the operation between 2008 and 2009. Two operators. The same trust. The same demand for excellence.

Then come the roads. In Senegal — two intense years: studies in International Trade and Marketing at IPG, and in parallel the field — Sales Agent at Sengraphik, Prospecting Agent at O-Media. Learning and doing, at the same time.

In Belgium — a stop in Namur, Interface 3. A PMTIC training — the Mobilizing Plan for Information and Communication Technologies. An upgrade. An opening.

In France — he settles down. A year in Information and Communication at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Then ten years within the La Poste Group — from mail handling to the role of Customer Account Manager (BGPN). Ten years of listening, of human relationships, of daily rigor.

Everywhere, the same reality asserts itself: people don't lack willpower — they lack clarity.

During the Covid period, he dives into artificial intelligence. Not to follow a trend. To find an answer to what he has observed for twenty years. He understands that technology can become a human tool — simple, useful, gentle. He starts building agents centered on clarity.

From this conviction, CDP — Compagnon de Priorités (Priorities Companion) is born. The synthesis of twenty years of experience: the spoken word, organization, teaching, the stage and technology — brought together to help each person move forward, one priority at a time.

Then the system expands. From CDP is born the HUMANA System — an ecosystem of 9 AI agents named in the languages of West Africa. Coordinated. Alive. In the service of those who want to move forward, create, and leave a mark.

His philosophy fits in three words: gentleness, clarity, structure.
